Terms of use
Last updated 27 October 2026
Flex Timetable is a timetable planner for schools, made and run by Flex Media (DBKK 0000099532T), Kota Kinabalu, Sabah ("we"). These terms apply to everyone who uses flextimetable.com. By registering a school or signing in, you agree to them.
Who can use it
Flex Timetable is for schools under the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM). A school is registered by a member of its staff, who must have the school's permission to do so. We check every application and may turn one down.
The price
Flex Timetable is free to use. If we bring in paid plans later, we will tell every school at least 30 days before, and nothing is ever charged without the school agreeing to it first.
Accounts
Each person signs in with their own e-mail and password. Keep the password to yourself. Accounts for other staff are added at the request of the school's admin; tell us when someone leaves the school so that their account can be closed. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.
The school's data
The data a school enters (teachers, subjects, classes, lessons, bell times and the timetables made from them) belongs to the school. We use it only to run Flex Timetable for that school, as the privacy notice explains. The school is responsible for the data being correct and for having the right to enter its teachers' names and details.
Check the timetable before using it
Flex Timetable works out a timetable from the data and rules the school gives it. The school should look over every timetable before putting it to use. We do our best for the results to be right, but we cannot promise that every timetable suits every school, and the school stays responsible for the timetable it puts in use.
Fair use
Do not try to reach another school's data, interfere with the service, overload it on purpose, or use it to send anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability
We aim to keep Flex Timetable running at all times, but it may be unavailable now and then for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Generating a timetable can take several minutes, longer when many schools generate at once.
Our responsibility
Flex Timetable is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost time or the cost of rearranging a timetable, that come from using it or from it being unavailable.
Leaving
A school can stop using Flex Timetable at any time and ask us to delete its data by writing to the address below. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling the school why.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When the change matters, we e-mail the school admins before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
